Claims on installed products

Vinyl flooring is a great alternative to tile, but it is important to understand that it is a floating floor system. It does not anchor to the subfloor the way tile does, so it will naturally have some movement.

Repeated pressure or constant motion from items such as chairs or recliners can cause the planks to shift or become damaged. Because this is normal behavior for floating floors, no claims can be made for damage caused by usage or furniture movement.

For best results, the product should be installed by a professional vinyl flooring installer. No claims will be accepted for DIY installations.
