All orders placed on our website are shipped directly from the supplier. Additional supplier shipping fees may apply. Orders typically ship within **four (4) business days** of purchase. A contact name and phone number must be provided, and the carrier will call prior to delivery.

# **Receiving Terms and Conditions**
Upon delivery, you must inspect your order **immediately and in the presence of the carrier’s representative**. If any items are visibly damaged or missing, you must:
1. **Note the issue on the carrier’s paperwork**
2. **Take clear photos of all damaged items**
3. **Provide broken or damaged tile directly to the carrier’s driver** and ensure this is noted on the paperwork
4. **Email photos to Casa Blanca Vinyl within 24 hours**
Do not discard damaged items until the claim process is complete. Torn packaging alone does not indicate product damage.
THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO REMOVE ALL DAMAGED ITEMS AND PROVIDE A SINGLE CLEAR PHOTO SHOWING THE TOTAL QUANTITY OF DAMAGED MATERIAL SO THAT CASA BLANCA VINYL CAN FILE AN ACCURATE CLAIM.
Failure to report damage within the required timeframe constitutes acceptance of the shipment as complete and in good condition, releasing the carrier from liability.
